Roles and Responsibilities
Maintenance callouts – Answering and redirecting phone calls.·
General office administration within the scope of the technical department daily running·
Aiding the National Maintenance Manager with any administrative work he/she may require·
Weekly maintenance reports·
Processing payments for contractor callouts
Checking all networks three times daily or as allocated by Manager·
Resolving maintenance issues – Liaising with stores.·
Fixing errors remotely wherever/whenever possible·
Dispatching contractors via Magnetic·
Aid onsite maintenance technicians and contractors onsite·
Ensure all onsite checklist are completed before leaving the site·
Making sure all new stores are handed over and added to daily reports·
Revamping and renovating current network and stores remotely·
Helping install new networks and stores remotely
Compiling store reports weekly to match up with invoices·
Generating monthly reports of all call outs per network and issue·
Any other task the national maintenance manager or HOD deems necessary to fulfill the role of offsite maintenance technician
