Job description
Key duties
Manage large designated key accounts and any other client accounts as and when
Provide live and up to date designated key accounts reports
Attend all designated key account meetings, across all divisions
Build and maintain each network persona
Ensure that all content is briefed incorrectly onto Magnetic

The ability to develop new opportunities within designated key accounts
Providing administrative support to the HOD – digital signage
Deliver account management reports at customer sites and/or Moving Tactics offices
Identify and make contact with potential leads in your client account
Maintain company’s contact management database with accurate, up-to-date contact and activity details
Produce sales reports for bi-monthly sales meetings
Attend bi-monthly finance meetings
Provide feedback from clients to enhance product performance and service delivery
Respond to sales requirements from existing and potential customers
Maintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales and deliver detailed account plans

Communication and information:
Ensure effective internal communications both within the sales, customer support and marketing team and across the organisation
Seek to continuously improve colleague and client relations with particular regard to the provision of effective communications to facilitate account development and issue management
Motivate all staff to share pertinent information about the market to facilitate the ease of recording, retrieval and use of information
Report to the head of the department at a minimum of twice per week

Utilise the resources of the sales department for the cost-effective delivery of sales to the company
Manage the entire financial process of your accounts from proposal/order to invoice and attend financial meetings, ensuring CAPEX and OPEX reporting
All follow-up regards financial reporting for your accounts

Market understanding:
Assist in the identification of opportunities for new products and for enhancement and development of existing products
Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats
Understand the market in which the company operates and how the company’s products and services are used within that market
Identify new markets, both geographical and by industry sector, for company products
Ensure that company has an in-depth understanding of the users of company products and their ongoing needs

Management of the Moving Tactics designated key account – TBD and additional client accounts allocated to you
Administrative support to the HOD digital signage
Presentation of full client account reports to clients
Responsible for quality control of all client work and reporting
