Job description


  • Preparing computers and screens for installers
  • Prepping system networking equipment and peripheral devices
  • Level two troubleshooting
  • Finishing off installations on-site and commissioning sites
  • Understanding latest screen and signage technology
  • Keeping a change control document of all changes and bugfixes
  • Updating screen software
  • Updating computer software


  • Helping onsite technician via telephone and remotely on software application issues
  • Second Level onsite troubleshoot
  • General high level troubleshoot on systems, technology, topology
  • Proffering innovative technology solution to problems found
  • Research and development
  • Testing new equipment for production
  • Building new installation methods for rollout
  • Improving OS and hardware development
  • Teaching other technical staff methods developed

Office IT

  • Building new infrastructure for MT office
  • Aiding in IT maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Administration and managing of MT Enterprise Servers
  • Administration and managing of MAGIC INFO Signage Server
  • Backup of Core file systems bi weekly via hot and cold hard drives
  • Managing the showroom


  • General travel may be required Nationally
  • Pick and drop off stock
  • Any other job management may deem appropriate
