Moving Tactics was established in 1997. With over 20 years of experience in digital signage, the business is growing at an exuberant rate, and we are looking for a Finance Administrator to join the finance team.
We are looking for someone that eats, sleeps and dreams numbers, loves what they do that can undoubtedly bring more value to the business. The main function of this role is debtors and creditors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Capturing of CB (payments/receipts), (Suppliers), (Debtors), (Shared Services), (Inter-Co Invoicing), (Rentals), (Capex Invoicing) and (Credit Cards)
- Reporting (Capex, Invoiced report & finance sheets)
- Bi-Weekly finance meetings (Digital Signage)
- Any other finance assistance that we might need from you
- Digital Signage – Capex Invoicing

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Qualifications & competencies:
- Matric and tertiary education
- Minimum of three years of related experience
- Must have experience with Pastel
- Applicants with debtors and creditors experience is a must as we’re a small team and the ability to perform all functions is a requirement
- Computer literate in Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
Package & Remuneration:
Basic salary: R14,000
