Clicks Group is a health and beauty focused retail and supply group which has been listed on the JSE Limited since 1996. Through market-leading retail brands Clicks, Musica and The Body Shop, the group has over 600 stores across southern Africa. Our Solution

Moving Tactics has strategically installed our digital signage solution in the Top 25 stores Clicks stores countrywide. The screens range from an attention grabbing 65” LG screen in the store window acting as the stores “silent ambassador” informing customers and passers-by of the value Clicks has on offer. Upon entering the store via the Beauty Department, the customer will be immersed into the Beauty products on offer specifically in the Cosmetic and Fragrance areas by four extended screens with focussed content for the department. In certain stores we have developed an Engagement Zone whereby we have built in a 2×2 Video Wall which provides specific content to be flighted during campaigns. Moving further in to the store, the customer will be taken through the Customer Journey, supported by dual screen displays within specific departments ranging from Hair Care, Personal Care, Baby, Health, Appliances etc. On exit we have developed an Integrated Queue Management Solution which works in conjunction with our Dual Digital Displays. This allows for the customer to be called to the next open Till and the visual prompt is shown on the display while still engaging with the customer.

Retail Analytics Solution

  1. Queue Management

A combined solution of Queue Management and Digital Signage at the POS of selected Clicks stores has not only assisted in managing the checkout process but also helped increase the attention time on the Digital Signage.

          2. WiFi and Engagement

Clicks customers are able to access in store free WiFi by logging in with their Clicks ClubCard number. When they login they are asked short quick questions. This has allowed Clicks to provide an added value to customers on their loyalty program while gaining customer insights, database granularity, customer satisfaction and direct marketing.
