Inrichmint: How did you get into the digital advertising industry and what motivated you to go there?
Ray Smeda: There was a exciting opportunity to launch the Digital division of MT and I’ve never looked back.
Inrichmint: What is the most entertaining ritual in your office?
Ray Smeda: Bell ringing of sales once a month… followed by drinks in “The ROCK”

Ray Smeda: I have studied Business Management and Accounting.
